Furthermore, we have years of experience in the area of international transport law through representing forwarding and transport companies at home and abroad, especially in the area of road transport (CMR).

Customs legislation is our third area of expertise within commercial law. This includes customs proceedings and opposition proceedings as well as conducting legal cases, in particular questions of classification of combined nomenclature as well as customs inspection monitoring.
